Chef Joseph Crocker has over 25 years of experience in the Nova Scotia culinary industry, cooking in some of the province’s best restaurants and opening Peasant’s Pantry. A pioneer in charcuterie production in this region, Joseph further developed his passions for European style charcuterie and wood fire cooking with travels and training in Tuscany. A longtime promoter of rural Nova Scotia producers, Joseph now brings his skills to the Bistro at Beaver Creek Vineyard.
